Zeynep Kurtoğlu Yenipınar graduated from the Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2009. After completing her legal internship, she was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and worked as a lawyer for two years. Subsequently, she completed her master's education, at Queen Mary University of London in 2012, with her graduation thesis titled “Foreign State Immunities : Status of Sovereign Wealth Fonds”. She has continued her Ph.D education at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law since 2014. Zeynep Kurtoğlu Yenipınar successfully completed her PhD studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law with a dissertation entitled ‘International Investment Law and Fragmentation of Law in Context Treaty Interpretation’ under the supervision of Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kaya. She continues Legal Clinic activities within the Turkish-German University Legal Clinics Unit, and also takes part in various social responsibility projects as a member of the Turkish-German University Social Responsibility Coordinatorship.
