SHORT CV
Kemal Başol graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2012. He worked as a lawyer in Istanbul for some time and completed the Public Law Master's Program at Istanbul University by defending the thesis "Freedom of the Press and the Guarantee of Journalists not to Disclose their Sources of Information in the European Convention on Human Rights". He continues his PhD in Public Law at Istanbul University and has been working as a research assistant at the Turkish-German University, Department of Constitutional Law since 2017.
