SHORT CV

After completing his primary and secondary education in public schools, he attended Istanbul (Erkek) Lisesi for his high school education. His undergraduate education was at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. During his university years, he participated in many international moot court competitions and received awards. After his undergraduate education, he started his legal internship at Birsel Law Firm, working with international clients, and at the same time he started his LL.M. on Private Law at the in German program of the Turkish-German University Social Sciences Institute. He completed his master's degree with his thesis titled "Confirmation Effect of Performance on Contracts Non-Compliant with Form Rules" and started with his Ph.D. Education in Private Law (30% German) at the same institution, where he is currently a student. He has been working in the Civil Law Department of the Turkish-German University Faculty of Law since 2016. While working at the institution, he also coached and assited several moot court teams of the faculty, and been successfull with one of the teams he coached.
