Betül Ulusoy Birinci graduated with honors from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2016. During her undergraduate studies, she completed academic English courses at Yale University and a program on International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at the London School of Economics. After graduation, she completed her legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association and was admitted to the bar in 2017. In the same year, she began her LL.M. in Private Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. Between 2018 and 2019, she studied at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg as part of the Erasmus+ program. Upon successful completion of her master’s degree, she was admitted to the Ph.D. program in Private Law at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. Since 2025, she has been pursuing her doctoral studies in Private Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Turkish-German University. From 2020 to 2025, she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Private International Law, Faculty of Law, Maltepe University. Since 2025, she has been serving as a research assistant at the Department of Private International Law, Faculty of Law, Turkish-German University.
