Ceren Tabakcıoğlu Nacar completed her high school at Vefa High School and her bachelor's degree at Istanbul University, Department of Psychology. She then completed her master's degree in the Clinical Psychology program at Istanbul University with a thesis on “Evaluating the psychological functions of women in pregnancy during the pandemic with projective tests in the context of object relations”. She continues her PhD studies in Clinical Psychology. Since 2021, she has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Psychology at Turkish-German University. Depression and anxiety disorders as well as personality disorders are among her main areas of interest. Based on cognitive behavioral therapies, she adopts the enriching aspect of various other psychotherapy approaches.
