Damla Durak Uşar graduated from Sankt Georg Austrian High School in 1999 and received her Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2003. She completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration at Marmara University in 2008 and earned her PhD in Business Administration from Özyeğin University in 2017. Between 2017 and 2019, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the TÜSİAD–Özyeğin University Sustainable Development Forum. Since January 2020 she has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Turkish-German University.
