Mahmud Esad Ay graduated with honors from the Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2024. Following his graduation in the same year, he was accepted into the Thesis-based Master's Program in Public Law at the Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, ranking second among applicants. Having completed the Fall semester at Marmara University, Ay is currently pursuing his Master's studies in Public Law at the Turkish-German University. Focusing his research on International Legal Theory, State Responsibility, Human Rights Law, and Legal Philosophy and Sociology, he currently works as a Research Assistant in the Department of International Law at the Turkish-German University Faculty of Law.
