Mahmud Esad Ay graduated with honors (Certificate of Honor) in 2024 from the undergraduate law program at Marmara University Faculty of Law, which he began in 2020. Following his graduation, he was admitted to the Thesis-Based Master’s Program in Public Law, conducted under the Department of Public Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of Marmara University, ranking second among the admitted candidates in the same year. Mahmud Esad Ay completed the Fall Semester course period of the program at Marmara University and is currently continuing his Public Law master’s studies at the Turkish-German University. His research focuses on the Formation/Theory of International Law, State Responsibility, Human Rights Law, and the Philosophy and Sociology of Law. He is currently working as a Research Assistant in the Department of International Law at the Faculty of Law, Turkish-German University.
