M. Bengisu Karataş was born in 1998 in Istanbul. She graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 2021. That same year she entered the Public Law Master's Program of Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, where she currently continues her studies. Since April 2022 she works as a research assistant at the Turkish-German University Faculty of Law, Department of Law History.
