M. Bengisu Karataş was born in 1998 in Istanbul. She graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 2021. Since April 2022 she works as a research assistant at the Turkish-German University Faculty of Law, Department of Law History. In 2026 she entered the Public Law Master's Program of Turkish-German University Institute of Social Sciences, where she currently continues her studies.
