Nurdan Özçelik graduated from Turkish-German University Faculty of Law in 2019 with the first place. In the same year, she started the Public Law Master Program at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Turkish-German University. She has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of General Public Law of Turkish-German University since 2020 while continuing her master education.
