Nurdan Özçelik graduated as the top-ranked student from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University in 2019. In the same year, she was admitted to the Master’s Program in Public Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Turkish-German University. She successfully completed her master’s degree in July 2023 with her thesis entitled “Freedom of Expression of Judges and Prosecutors in the Light of Fundamental Principles and the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights,” supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berke Özenç. This study was published as a book by On İki Levha Publishing in 2025. Since 2023, she has been pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Turkish-German University. She has also been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of General Public Law at the Turkish-German University since 2020.
