He was born in 1986 in Istanbul. He graduated from Galatasaray High School in 2006 and from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2011. He completed the Public Law Graduate Program at Galatasaray University Social Sciences Institute, which he started in 2011, in 2014 by defending the thesis "Animal Welfare, Animal Rights, Animal Law". Afterwards, he graduated from Galatasaray University Social Sciences Institute Public Law Doctorate Program in 2019 by defending his thesis "Hard Positivism, Its Current Representatives and Criticisms".
