Eylül Yağmur Coşan was born in Istanbul in 1997. She started her law education at Bahçeşehir University in 2015 and completed it in 2019. Subsequently, she completed her internship as a lawyer in Istanbul and obtained her lawyer's licence from the Istanbul Bar Association in February 2021. She got 18 points out of 20 in the German language test Test-DAF and has an advanced command of English. She also knows French and Italian at beginner level. In 2021, she started her master's degree programme in public law at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Turkish German University. Currently she is writing her master thesis under the guidance of Prof. Dr Philip Kunig about the issue euthanasia. Beginning from February 2023, she has been working as a research assistant at the Department of International Law in the Turkish German University.
