Eylül Yağmur Coşan was born in 1997. She graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2019. Subsequently, she completed her legal traineeship in Istanbul and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in February 2021. In 2021, Coşan enrolled in the Master’s program in Public Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Turkish-German University, which she completed in 2024 with her thesis entitled “Evaluation of Euthanasia in Turkish and German Law: Definitions of the Concept of Euthanasia, a Comparative Analysis, and an Assessment of Selected Legal Debates and Judgements.” She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of Public Law at the Turkish-German University. Since February 2023, she has been working as a research assistant in the Department of International Law at the Faculty of Law of the Turkish-German University.
